Project overview
There's a fine line between Marketing and UX design. The customer experience (CX) is part of modern marketing practices, focusing on driving customers and analyzing customer satisfaction. UX design is part of CX and encourages users to keep coming back by facilitating interaction with the product and understanding their expectations.
In my experience working for Midsun IKM as a UX designer, I learned more about digital marketing strategies and the importance of satisfying their customer’s requirements. On the other hand, as a UX designer, I could show them their client needs, expectations, and the impact user experience has over conversion.
What I did
I started by using the double diamond strategy to understand Midsun IKM's business, competitors, opportunities, customer experience, and branding. Then I moved forward to creating a set of deliverables that included a print design system, social media design template, and improving their social media presence and customer website experience.
